Refund policy
The following is a general statement on returns: However as we are mainly an affiliate site all returns will be dealt with on the site you purchase the items such as Amazon or https://eatwater.co.uk/ as an example.
But for all products actually bought through the site if you have any problems or issues please get in touch and we will gladly look to help.
For items bought directly through our store, the following applies.
We accept returns: for the following "Faulty Products" in which the item arrives "Damaged" or in "Poor Condition" or with "lower than expected quality" in which case see the Damages and issues: Section for full details
We don't accept returns: if the item arrives with you in good condition and with no quality defects. For more info see the Refunds: section
Return postage: We offer free returns on all "Faulty Products" and all items must be dispatched back to us within 14 days after receiving your returns label.
Timescale: Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your product for any issues or defects with your product.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 14 days at sales@carbfreezone.com for all "Faulty Products" if the item is defective, damaged, of lower than expected quality or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, please see Refund: section for what constitutes a "Faulty Product".
Refunds:
Will be undertaken on a case for case basis, please contact me with any issues whatsoever as soon as possible and within 14 days of receiving your item, refunds will cover the following situations.
* Damaged products (damaged during delivery)
* Substandard products ("lower than expected quality") or the product not meeting your expectations.
* Faulty Products (Either damaged or not complete) and defects created by poor manufacture and faulty materials

Cancelation Policy:
We don't accept cancellations due to the nature of our products, they are often ordered and processed within a very short timeframe. However please get in contact as soon as possible and we may be able to stop the order and offer a full refund.
This however can't be guaranteed and all cancellations are dealt with on a case-by-case basis, but please contact me straight away at sales@carbfreezone.com
